Subscription questions

1. What is Bundlebee?

Being a busy bee can sometimes lead to less shopping for essentials… we’ve got you covered. With just a few clicks, a box sweeter than honey arrives right to your door. We know, it’s that easy. BundleBee is a subscription box service, packed with amazing essentials picked by our team from small businesses around the US + Canada. Boxes are delivered 4 times a year, each offering a different vibe, to keep the buzz exciting.

2. How does Bundlebee work?

By signing up for a subscription, a box is delivered to you four times a year. It’s a sweet surprise. We shed light on small businesses through our very own.

3. What if I don’t want a subscription?

We understand if you don’t want to commit yet. We have an option for that too. With just an extra fee, the individual avaiable box of the month that is catching your eye can be purchased. 

4. How do I cancel my Bundlebee subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time, as long as you email us 3 calendar business day prior to your reoccurring charge date. (e.g., Subscribers must cancel their subscription by March 5 if the reoccurring charge is March 8th). There is absolutely no cancellation fee. Once your account has been charged for the feature month, we cannot cancel your order if it is already in process of being fulfilled and sent to you. We can, however, close your account down so you will not have any recurring charges in the future.

Shipping And Delivery Questions
1. How much does shipping cost?

Bundlebee subscribers get their bundles with free ground shipping!

*There may be an extra fee for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

2. When will my order ship?

We’re just as excited as you are about receiving your bundle. We ship with standard ground shipping (7-10 business days). Patience is a virtue.

3. P.O Box included?

Yes! P.O. boxes are an option when your bundle arrives. 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Shipping internationally is a priority in the works. There will be an update when that happens, for now it’s just the U.S.

5. What happens if my shipping is delayed?

Bundlebee is not responsible for stolen or lost items…Hopefully that is not the case! Weather conditions can affect the shipping process as well. 

Product & Order Questions
1. Did not receive an order confirmation?

Oh no! Not supposed to happen. If an order confirmation is not sent within 10 minutes, please get in contact and we will be sure to assist you. 

2. What if I want to purchase more of one specific item in my box?

We are so happy to hear that you love the items BundleBee carries. Our #1 motive is giving our customers a taste of these amazing products from businesses around the world. In your box there is all of the information needed to contact the specific vendor that carries your favorite item, so go ahead and visit their site to enjoy more of what they have to offer!
